How do I confirm my booking?

Pick your treatments, choose an available date and time, then enter your name and phone number. Your time is held once you pay the deposit by EFT or MoMo and send the proof on WhatsApp. The deposit is non-refundable.

Can I book more than one treatment?

Yes. Add multiple treatments and the booking calendar will reserve enough time for the complete visit. The total updates automatically.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The deposit is non-refundable. It holds your time and comes off your treatment price on the day, but it is not returned if you cancel or do not arrive. If something comes up, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.

Are the prices final?

These are our current spa menu prices. If your treatment is part of a program, the team will apply any extra discount before you pay.
